Payment Options
Good Rx for Pets only accepts credit cards for AutoShip orders. Save your payment method at checkout. You can change the credit care on file at anytime.
Other Coupons & Offers
AutoShip orders will use the Regular Price at the time the AutoShip is placed less the AutoShip Discount. AutoShip orders cannot be combined with other coupons, discounts and offers provided by Good Rx for Pets. AutoShip orders will not use any special or discount pricing that may have been available on a prior order. .
Order Notifications
For every AutoShip order, we will send you an email 3 days prior to the order being shipping. The email will include a list of the medications to be shipped. You have until midnight EST the day before to make changes online via My AutoShip link.
Back Orders
Occasionally, a medication may be on backorder. You’ll be notified in the event that your pet’s medications or supplements are not available.
Price Changes
Manufacturer change prices for medications and supplements from time to time. AutoShip orders are charged at the current price at the time the order is processed. Your pre-order email will include the current price. Other than the 5% discount, which will be applied to each shipment, recurring AutoShip orders will not use any special or discount pricing that may have been available on the initial order.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will also receive an email confirmation on the day your order is processed. Once it has shipped, you will receive another email that includes your order delivery and tracking information, so you can track your pet’s medications.
In the event your credit card expires or is declined, we’ll notify you via email and ask for updated payment information. If the payment information isn’t updated right away, that could result in a delay in the shipment.
Making Changes to Your AutoShip Orders
Visit your My AutoShip page to make changes to your existing Good Rx for Pets AutoShip orders.
To remove a medication: Click the icon found next to total price. This item will not be delivered to you unless you add it again to AutoShip.
To add an item to AutoShip: Browse for medication, supplements, and wellness supplies on Good Rx for Pets and select “Autoship Price” tab, choose your shipment frequency, place what you need in the cart, and continue to checkout.
