Where can I get Assistance if I am a New GoodRx for Pets Customer?

We’re here to help all our customers. If you need assistance ordering on GoodRx for Pets, call us at (877) 503-0295 or email customercare@goodrxforpets.com.

Product Availability

We try our best to keep all medications and supplements in stock, but sometimes some medications may be unavailable. If that happens, we’ll ship the part of your order we have in stock and let you know that the remainder has been canceled. You can sign up to receive an email when the out-of-stock items are available again.

Canceling or Changing an Order

If your GoodRx for Pets order has not yet been packed for shipping and a tracking number not generated, the order can be canceled. Once you receive the tracking number, the order can no longer be canceled and must be returned..

Accepted Payment Methods

Payment methods accepted by GoodRx for Pets include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.

Note that we are unable to accept PayPal as a payment option for prescription medications.

All prices are shown and charged in U.S. dollars.

When ordering on GoodRx for Pets, do I have to set up an account to order online?

Yes. You must set up an account to place an order with GoodRx for Pets. If you do not want to set up an account online, please call (877-503-0295) for assistance in placing an order.

Is my credit/debit card charged when the order gets placed??

No. GoodRx for Pets holds the authorized amount, but your credit or debit card is not charged until the order ships.

How quickly will my order ship from your facility?

Orders for over-the-counter medications and supplements usually ship within 24 hours.

Prescription (Rx) medications require veterinarian approval.

Rx orders ship within 24-72 hours after we receive authorization from your veterinarian.

My pet's medication is running low. How fast will I receive it?

If you are running low on your pet’s medication, we suggest selecting overnight shipping. Keep in mind that we’ll still need prescription approval for Rx items, so if you don’t have an active prescription on file, this could further delay your receipt of the medications. Putting your pet’s medication on AutoShip can help ensure product availability.
