GoodRx for Pets Returns and Cancelations
Can I cancel or change an order?
Orders can be canceled or changed if the order has not yet been packed for shipping and a tracking number has not yet been generated. Once the order has been processed, GoodRx for Pets orders cannot be returned and must instead by returned. IF the medication qualifies for returns.
How do I make returns to GoodRx for Pets?
If you’d like to return an order, contact GoodRx for Pets via email customercare@goodrxforpets.com or by calling 877-503-0295. A customer service representative will provide an RMA number, which should be clearly written on the outside of the box.
Place the original packing slip inside the box and return to:

Please clearly write the RMA Number on the OUTSIDE of the return box and place the packing slip that came with your order inside the box.
Are shipping costs refundable?
No, shipping costs are not refundable for any returns.
Can I receive a refund for OTC medications?
Yes. GoodRx for Pets will issue refunds for UNOPENED over-the-counter medications as long as the return is made within 30 days.
